Senior Recruiter in IT Step Academy

International Computer Academy "IT Step Academy" is an educational institution with 116 branches in 25 countries of the world, specializing in IT education since 1999.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced senior recruiter. High professionalism, the ability to work with a large amount of information, attention to details and a proactive position are important for us.

Responsibilities:

• Full recruiting cycle (?80% of working time): searching, conducting interviews, accompanying candidates and closing vacancies;
• Participation in onboarding processes of new employees and supporting their adaptation in the company;
• Supporting employees and participating in solving work communication issues;
• Participation in corporate culture development and initiatives to increase team involvement.

Requirements:

• Experience as a recruiter / HR Generalist from 3 years;
• Knowledge of the basics of edtech recruiting;
• Experience with HR tools.

Working conditions:

• Full time, schedule 5/2, from 09:00 to 18:00;
• Hybrid work format: 3 days in the office, 2 days remotely;
