Main responsibilities:
- Maintaining the full cycle of recruitment for client projects (from briefing to offer and exit support candidate)
- Deep partnership with hiring managers: forming a role profile, consulting, building a search strategy
- Active sourcing and direct search via LinkedIn, Boolean search and other channels
- Attracting and hunting strong specialists in digital / tech / affiliate spheres
- Conducting in-depth competency-based interviews and professional evaluation of candidates
- Building and optimizing recruiting processes according to customer needs
- Working with analytics and key metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire etc.)
- Formation and development of talent pipeline
- Junior/middle recruiter mentoring and team development support
What is important for this role:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting (in-house or agency)
Deep partnership with hiring managers: forming a role profile, consulting, building a search strategy- Active sourcing and direct search (LinkedIn, Boolean, other channels), with a focus on digital / tech / affiliate
- competency-based interview and application of modern candidate assessment methods
- Formation and development of talent pipeline
- Working with recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, etc.) and analytical approach to decision-making
