Senior Recruiter in Smarter

Smarter is a management company responsible for defining the overall strategy of investment activities and ensuring optimal management and development strategies for each business unit within the group. Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions within the company
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings to ensure the suitability of candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and virtual
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition from 5 years
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment tools
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
