Senior Recruiter in CORE Team

Our client is a company that is a leader in Ukraine in the production of packaging containers. We are looking for a recruiter who knows how to close positions quickly and efficiently and is ready to build an effective recruiting process. We are looking for ambitious and smart recruiters who are hungry for new challenges and who want to grow to the head of the HR department.

Key tasks:

• Development and implementation of candidate search strategies (office, production , composition).

• Conducting interviews of candidates and their support at all stages of recruitment. 

• Cooperation with department heads.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position.

• Experience in production companies will be an advantage.

• Possessing different channels of search and evaluation.

• Skills in working with CRM systems and Google services.

• The ability to work independently without losing the quality of project management.

• Availability of a systematic approach to solving various problems.
