What we expect:
5 years of experience in the fields of: finance/industry/construction/management;< /p>
- Practical experience of closing TOP and Middle level vacancies;< /span>
- Ability to provide high-quality and detailed feedback to hiring managers;
- Professional use of LinkedIn and executive search tools;
- Working with HRM system;
- Knowledge of the English language - from the Intermediate level;
- Experience in a recruiting agency will be a plus;
Main functional duties:
- Development and implementation of personnel search strategy;
- Conducting the full cycle of recruitment (taking out an application, describing a candidate's profile, developing a search map, working with an active candidate base and forming a personnel reserve, generating reports, working with analytics);
- Building productive working relationships with internal and external customers;
- Developing a candidate base for TOP or narrow specializations, maintaining long-term relationships with candidates;
- Participation in the adaptation of new employees
