Silpo personnel office is looking for an ambitious Senior Recruiter to strengthen the recruitment team :)
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Implementation of a full cycle of personnel selection for office vacancies;
- Receive and analysis of a search application, clarification of the application if necessary;
- Formation of a search strategy;
- Posting ads and active search using job sites, recommendations, social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), professional resources. Sourcing of candidates using X-Ray, Boolean search;
- Conducting interviews, organizing interviews of candidates with Hiring managers;
- Reporting on office vacancies.
- 2 years of experience in a similar position in large system companies or in a recruiting agency;
- Knowledge of technologies and methods of searching, attracting and selecting personnel, including direct search, headhunting;
- Successful experience of searching and recruiting personnel for office vacancies and middle managers, executive search experience will be an advantage;
- Successful experience of searching for candidates from LinkedIn;
- Skills for working with X-Ray tools, Boolean search;
- High level of communication, result orientation, leadership qualities.
