JSC "Ukrainian Defense Industry" unites more than 60 participating enterprises of the defense industries that employ more than 54,000 employees. It includes scientific institutions and industrial enterprises of the defense industries in the following areas of activity and production:
- aircraft construction and aircraft repair;
>- shipbuilding, design and manufacture of turbines and marine equipment;
- production and repair of armored, automobile, engineering and special equipment;
- means of radar location, radio communication, as well as systems air defense;
- high-precision weapons and ammunition.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Search and selection of personnel for the Head Office, as well as enterprises , which are part of the "Ukrainian Defense Industry";
li>- Carrying out measures for the development, training and evaluation of the Company's personnel and providing appropriate consulting support to enterprises;
- Providing advice to the internal customer on issues of compiling job descriptions;
- Supporting the automation of search processes and recruitment of personnel, and maintaining a database of candidates;
- Development of cooperation with other enterprises, employment centers, educational institutions in order to solve issues of personnel selection and training, as well as strengthening the employer brand "Ukrainian Defense Industry".

Required professional characteristics, skills and education: p>
- Successful work experience in the function of personnel selection and adaptation, experience in using innovative personnel search tools, writing procedures, as well as forming a personnel reserve in system companies over 3 years old;
- Successful experience in finding and evaluating senior managers, as well as members of supervisory boards;
- Work with documents: preparation of analytical reports, tables, instructions, regulations.
- Higher education;
- Knowledge of the English language will be a plus;
- Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point);
- Orientation on the Company's business goals;
