Senior React.Js developer in Brocoders

We are looking for a Senior React.JS developer to join US start-up in HRTech space and our ever-growing Bro-team worldwide (brocoders.com).

Brocoders is a software development and consultancy company with a unique homelike atmosphere. Our offices are located in Tallinn and Sumy while our clients are businesses from the USA, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia.

Required Skills:

• Collaborative person with experience working as a team, we’d like someone with team experience especially around planning together, PR reviews, doing planning, helping each other.
• Experience building data-driven solutions, as in your project had good amount of data and complex queries.
• Experience working in startups, you know how to move fast and build with sticks and stones or when to move slower and focus on reusability.

Expected Experience

Total: 7+ years:

• 5+ years of React.js;
• 4+ years Typescript Experience;
• 2+ years of experience with Next.js;
• 2+ years of experience with GraphQL/Apollo;
• 2+ years of experience with TailwindCSS;
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Nice to have

• Experience with FE testing packages like Cypress.io, Playwright;
• Design System and Storybook.

How we work?

• Outcome of planning are design documents, architectural decisions by engineering team and estimations.Measuring in sprint points. 1 point is ~2hr.
• We have daily meetings, no grooming, no retrospectives, no demos.
• We try to deliver the Epics within 2-3 weeks.
• Scrumban — We plan Epic sized projects with 3-4 people, getting product specs, Figma designs.
