The CoreTeka company is forming an R&D office for a large international product company that believes in the victory of Ukraine and wants to develop its product with the best engineers of our country.

Project is a large sales automation service.

You will have the opportunity to work with developers and high-level managers from the USA. You are offered a flexible schedule that you can adjust to your needs, the only requirement to attend is a meeting with the team several times a week in the evening.

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of development experience.
• 4+ years of experience working with React and Typesсript.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Solid experience in the development of complex systems, from design to implementation.
• Expertise in software architecture and design patterns.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of modern software development technologies.
• English level from Upper-Intermediate (for daily communication).

Main tasks:

• Design, development, testing and support of software applications and systems. Ensuring high quality, efficiency and scalability.
• Independence and responsibility, promoting innovation and improvement.
• Facilitating architecture design, making informed decisions to optimize performance and serviceability.
• Identifying and solving technical problems, active work on finding innovative solutions.
• Participation in code review, maintenance of coding standards, improvement and code quality assurance.
• Creating and maintaining clear technical documentation.

About the team and the project:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Staff / Staff Software Engineer to help expand the conceptual vision of the company. The synchronization team ("Synk") is responsible for the platform that provides bidirectional data integration between the product, API, and endpoints (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics). Users can use our platform data in any other application.

As a Senior Staff / Staff Software Engineer, you will play a key role in our software development efforts, contributing to the design, implementation and support of high-performance software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and drive the development of innovative, scalable and reliable systems.
