Senior React Developer in TrafficMarket

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior React Developer to join our team at Traffic Market to work in a hybrid format (ONLY): 2 days from the office, 3 days remotely.Requirements:• Proven experience as a React Developer, with at least 6 years of experience.• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.• Extensive experience with React.js, Next.js and its core principles.• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.• Solid understanding of front-end build tools, package managers, and version control systems (Webpack, npm, Git).• Familiarity with testing frameworks, such as Jest or Enzyme.• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Will be a plus:• Previous leadership or mentoring experience.Responsibilities: • Lead the development of robust and scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.• Architect and implement front-end components and features, ensuring code is efficient, maintainable, and meets industry standards.• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve development processes.• Collaborate with product owners to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and security.
