         Your responsibilities:

• Finding and hiring developers and managers for the R&D department;
• Building effective selection strategies and the use of modern recruiting tools;
• Formation of requirements for vacancies and a candidate portrait;
• Conducting interviews and assessing the suitability of candidates to the needs of the company;
• Interaction with candidates, team leaders and team managers;
• Parallel work with several vacancies;
• Using CRM and optimization of recruiting processes.

• Effective communication skills with candidates and internal teams;
• Ability to identify key requirements, profile the ideal candidate, work with multiple vacancies at the same time;
• Attention to detail, flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
