Responsibilities: Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts tocover all aspects ofthe user behavior tracking tool’s functionality, including mobile applications. Manual Testing (Web and Mobile): Execute manual test cases onweb and mobile applications toidentify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement, documenting and reporting issues inaclear and structured manner. Regression Testing: Conduct thorough regression testing toverify that new features and enhancements donot introduce unintended side effects orbreak existing functionality onboth web and mobile platforms. User Scenario Testing: Mimic real-world user scenarios tovalidate the tool’s usability onmobile devices, ensuring itmeets user expectations and requirements. Mobile Application Testing: Utilize mobile testing skills and tools toensure the functionality, performance, and user experience ofthe mobile application. Integration Testing: Collaborate with developers toperform integration testing for mobile and web, ensuring seamless communication and functionality between system components. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks related toquality and provide input onrisk mitigation strategies. Testing Metrics: Establish and monitor relevant testing metrics toassess the effectiveness oftesting processes and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Experience 4+years Strong knowledge ofSDLCUI/UX testing experience Understanding ofclient-server architecture Understanding ofnetwork architecture: TCP/IP, DNS Experience with any relational database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, and any other. Mobile Application testing (ios/android) Leadership Skills Collaboration and Teamwork Language skills— English B1/B2 Strong theoretical knowledge base Experience with JIRA, DevTools Understanding ofScrum processes Will beasaplus: Analytical and problem-solving skills Proven experience inidentifying, reporting, and managing defects and issues Proven experience inmanual testing ofAPI Understanding oftesting layers and difference between them Experience with TestRail orany similar tools Experience with Swagger, Postman, orsimilar Understanding ofmicroservices architecture What doweoffer?
