We create, maintain and constantly improve software products, the convenience of which has already been appreciated by 32 million private and business clients of Nova Poshta. We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for a Senior QA Engineer .

About the project: Various RnD projects - core products, internal and client products, services, applications.

It is necessary to have 100% opportunity to be in the city of Kyiv at the office or research/piloting facilities during support, testing and implementation of products/processes.

What you will do:

• Participation in the discussion of functional and non-functional requirements with business analysts and other participants in the product development process < /li>
• Participating in daily and planning calls with the team
• Analyzing the technical characteristics of the project and writing documentation in Confluence
• Developing detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test scenarios ( we use TestRail)
• Identify, investigate, document errors and report defects in software (Jira)
• Cross-platform testing of software, devices, services (+ desktop web and mobile web versions of the application )
• Analysis and analysis of the causes of abnormal situations and errors in the Production environment. Analysis of requests from the support service, analysis of requests from customers
• Request testing API (Postman, Insomnia)
• Obtaining information with the help of databases for further use
• Conducting smoke and regression testing before releases
• Preparation of test scenarios for automation of manual processes
• Estimation of time for completing tasks and recording the time spent in the Jira system

< b> About you:

• More than 5 years of software testing experience
• Functional, smoke, integration, regression testing
• Testing skills API
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, TestRail
• Understanding of the full cycle of software development
• Understanding of how the web (html/css/js) works, understanding of REST API
• Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban)
• Ability to obtain and analyze metrics and logging (DataDog, Kibana, Graylog, Sentry, etc.)
• Experience working with relational databases. Data search in the database
• Level of English language proficiency B1

• Programming experience on any OOP language (TS, Java, Python)
• Experience in API development, E2E autotests (Postman, Selenium, Playwright, etc.)
• Experience in using the Git version control system
• Experience developing and maintaining GitLab pipelines. Setting up the test environment, running tests, creating test reports
