Senior QA engineer

We invite to the team Senior QA engineer with experience or development potential in automation for work on a project in the fintech domain, namely a payment system with cryptocurrencies.

Responsibilities:

• API testing of services;
• UI testing;
• Communicate closely with the team and other stakeholders and actively participate in the creation and development of a quality product;
• Writing and maintaining product documentation;
• Further, involvement in writing automatic tests;
• Contribute as part of a scrum team whose work is dedicated to the creation of a quality product;
• Take an active part in assessment sessions and work planning;
• Timely report on the status and progress of works;
• To ensure a positive, polite and open communication style in the team.

Required knowledge and skills:

• Commercial experience in the role of QA from 4 years;
• Deep knowledge of quality control methodology, tools and processes;
• Deep knowledge of the theory and processes of quality assurance (SDLC);
• API testing experience;
• Experience with Postman, Swagger;
• Experience with HTML, CSS, XML, JSON;
• Experience with web applications;
• Understanding the OSI network model;
• Understanding of client-server architecture;
• Ability to clearly and accurately describe the errors found;
• Experience with bug/task tracking systems (Jira, TestRail);
• Competence in agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
• The level of English is B1 and above.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in the field of financial technologies;
• Experience of interaction with cryptocurrencies;
• Work with tools for logs and monitoring (Kibana, Grafana);
• Knowledge of java programming language (core);
• Experience with CI\CD; Experience with Git;
• Experience with QA Automation and related tools.
