Ukrainian IT company Nova Digital , which is part of the NOVA group of companies, is a powerful manufacturer of web applications and software for architectures of any complexity and load. We create, maintain and constantly improve software products, the convenience of which has already been appreciated by 32 million private and business clients of Nova Poshta. We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for a Senior QA Engineer .

About the project: RMS - The system is designed to provide the company's customers with the ability to independently create electronic invoices and label their parcels through self-service terminals. RMS is only located in Kyiv.

What you will do:

• Participate in the discussion of functional and non-functional requirements with business analysts and other participants in the product development process < /li>
• Analyzing the technical characteristics of the project and writing documentation in Confluence
• Participating in daily and planning calls with the team
• Developing detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test scenarios ( we use TestRail)
• Identify, investigate, document errors and report defects in software (Jira)
• Cross-platform software testing (desktop web and mobile web versions of the application)
• Analysis and analysis of the causes of abnormal situations and errors in the Production environment. Analysis of requests from the support service
• Request testing API (Postman, Insomnia)
• Obtaining information using databases for further use
• Conducting smoke and regression testing before releases
• Estimating the time required to complete tasks and recording the time spent in the Jira system
• Preparing test scripts to automate manual processes.

About you:

• More than 5 years of software testing experience
• Conducting functional, smoke, integration , regression testing
• API testing skills
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, TestRail
• Understanding the full software development cycle
• Understanding how it works web (html/css/js), understanding of REST API
• Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban)
• Ability to receive and analyze metrics and logging (DataDog, Kibana, Graylog, Sentry, etc.)
• Experience with relational databases. Data search in the database
• Level of English language proficiency B1.

• Programming experience in any OOP language (TS, Java, Python)
• Experience in API development, E2E autotests (Postman, Selenium, Playwright, etc.)
• Experience in using the Git version control system
