A joint project of the two leaders in the telecommunications industry 1+1 media and Kyivstar is currently looking for a Senior QA Automation Київстар ТБ (middle) who wants to become part of our team.

Kyivstar TV  tv.kyivstar.ua/ua/about is a joint project of 1+1 media group and Kyivstar, founded on December 11, 2019. It is an online television platform that provides users with access to hundreds of thousands of hours of Ukrainian and foreign content, live broadcasts of programs, and regularly offers exclusive pre-premiere shows of projects. Its advantage is that users can watch content on five different devices at once — smartphones, tablets, laptops, Smart TV, or TV tuners. As of early April 2021, the platform had 262 TV channels and a VOD library with 10,000 movies and series of a total duration of more than 50,000 hours.

Required skills:

• 5+ years of professional experience as QA Engineer;
• Excellent knowledge of different testing methods, techniques, types and methodologies;
• Experience with continuous integration processes and tools, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)- Good Knowledge of SQL and no-SQL DBs (mongo, redis etc.);
• Performance and load testing;
• Experience with Postman or any of API testing tools;
• Experience with Docker, creation of Docker Files;
• Strong expertise and practical experience with regression, and UI testing frameworks and tools like Cypress, Playwrigh, Junit, Spock;
• 3+ years of professional experience in QA Automation of Web, mobile and backend/API testing.

Responsibilities:

• You’ll be responsible for manual and automation testing (50/50);
• E2E as well as system-level and component-level tests, and across the different suites (regression, performance, functional, security);
• Develop, maintain and expand automated testing infrastructure;
• Analysis of automated test results, promptly identifying and reporting deviations or issues;
• Share knowledge and expertise with team members to promote a culture of continuous learning;
• Actively participate in the daily activities of feature teams, providing valuable insights into the software development process;
• Create and maintain comprehensive end-to-end automated tests, covering both backend and frontend components;
• Integrate automated tests seamlessly into the CI/CD pipeline to enable efficient and reliable software delivery;
• Shape the test automation strategy (including E2E).
