Senior QA Automation Engineer (Java) in Delasport

We are establishing an R&D centre in Kyiv, and are looking for top talents to join our team.As an Automation QA Engineer in the Payment team, you’ll be part of the professional team to develop complex distributed systems in high-load environments that provide multiple solutions to various consumers utilizing the modern toolset and microservice architecture.  RESPONSIBILITIES- Design, development, and continuous improvement of test automation frameworks- Participant in design new automation solutions- Integrate automated tests seamlessly into the CI/CD pipeline to enable efficient and reliable software delivery- Create and maintain comprehensive end-to-end automated tests, covering both backend and frontend components- Ensure test scripts are adaptable to changing application features and maintain high test coverage- Analysis of automated test results, promptly identifying and reporting deviations or issues- Collaborate with development and QA teams to prioritize and resolve identified defects- Actively participate in the daily activities of feature teams, providing valuable insights into the software development process- Maintain clear and organized documentation of test cases, procedures, and automation frameworks- Share knowledge and expertise with team members to promote a culture of continuous learningREQUIREMENTS- 5+ years in software testing, and at least 3 years in test automation- OOP knowledge- Experience with Selenium WebDriver- REST API knowledge- CI jobs/pipelines configuration (Jenkins)- Windows CMD knowledge- Excellent knowledge in Git- Experience with databases (SQL Server, MongoDB)- Experience with Postman or any of API testing tools- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the development team effectively and with stakeholders- Good understanding of QA processes and SDLC including agile methodologiesNICE TO HAVES- Experience with JUnit and Spring Boot- Integration testing experience- Linux shell knowledge- Knowledge of Docker- Experience with microservice architectureWHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU- Modern office in Podil with an uninterruptible power supply and the Internet- Personal time off (21 business days of paid vacation, unlimited sick leaves, paid days on special occasions)- Public holidays- Health insurance with the broker which is available from the first month of cooperation- Life insurance with the broker which is available from the first month of cooperation- Modern technical equipment- English courses with native speakers- Ukraine-based educational programs- Sports activities reimbursement- Corporate entertainments- Happy hours on Fridays- Gig contract support
