What You’ll Do:
- Establish QA coverage matrices for complex product components
- Define and execute QA test plans
- Perform exploratory and end-to-end scenario testing
- Research root causes around incidents and identify, recommend, and implement effective solutions to underlying quality issues
- Collaborate with QA peers, product management, software development, and Product leadership throughout the product delivery lifecycle
- Work closely with subject matter experts and functional consultants to understand and capture customer problems as detailed test cases
- Hold your teammates accountable for ensuring our products and solutions meet exceptional quality standards
Skills & Experiences:
- 4+ years of QA experience within an Agile software development environment
- 5+ years of experience with Java/Groovy
- Experience with Katalon Studio would be a plus
- Hands-on practitioner from both a test case writing and automation testing perspective; you will lead by example
- Hands-on experience with performance testing (JMeter, NeoLoad, LoadRunner or similar) would be a plus
- Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver API, SoapUI, Cucumber
- Prior experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
Your Differentiators:
- Experience with at least one object-oriented or procedural programming language
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP problem domains
- A mindset for “breaking things,” with the capacity of putting yourself in users’ shoes
