Senior QA in Nova Digital

Senior QA remotely Ukrainian IT company Nova Digital, part of the NOVA group of companies — a powerful manufacturer of web applications and software for architectures of any complexity and load. We create, serve and constantly improve software products, the convenience of which has already been appreciated by 32 million private and business clients of Nova poshta. We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for a Senior QA. What will you do: Maintaining a high level of software quality. Participation in the discussion of fixes and improvements. Significant participation in the automation process (Frontend & Backend). Functionality testing according to written test cases/checklists. Creation of a test strategy and determination of testing priorities. Experience with programming for automation (JavaScript, C#, Java, Python, etc.). Writing test documentation. Analysis of bug patterns. Requirements analysis is a practical contribution to Backlog Refinement; Feature testability. Working with DevTools. Writing checklists for test suites. API testing (Postman, Swagger). Creation of bug reports. About you: More than 4 years of software testing experience (Frontend & Backend). Experience with Jira, Testrail. Understanding the full software development cycle. Requirements analysis is a practical contribution to Backlog Refinement; feature testability. Understanding and using Scrum Values ​​(Scrum Guide) in the work process. Experience with automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, etc.). Basic understanding of Kanban (Kanban Guide). Understanding how the Web (html/css/js) works. Experience in functional, smoke, integration, regression testing. Level of English language proficiency B1. An advantage will be: ISTQB certification.
