WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Design, develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Python, Django and FastAPI
• Work directly with product and technical leadership to create an enterprise-scale technology platform, an innovative platform for philanthropy based on automation and AI
• Optimization and improvement of existing backend services to improve performance and scalability
• Work closely with front-end developers to seamlessly integrate custom elements and create amazing product experiences
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes

SKILLS REQUIRED:< /h3>

• 5+ years of experience as a Python developer with a focus on backend development
• Experience with Python and Django frameworks
• Knowledge of SQL schema design and performance requests
• Knowledge of API design best practices and experience in building robust B2B and client-side REST and GraphQL APIs
• Understanding backend architecture to design and implement complex functions within and between adjacent services running at scale
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive attitude to overcome difficulties
• Product-oriented approach to technical issues, You always consider business goals and strive to of the "best" solution

Recommended / preferred experience:

• Knowledge of AWS and containerization
• Work experience in the financial sector, including software development related to investments, money flow and payment platforms
• Understanding AI and BMM application patterns (orchestration, sampling augmented generation, parameter narrowing, prompting, etc.)
• Experience in developing and deploying strategies for enterprise SaaS platforms (multi-tenancy, feature labeling and configuration, data security, etc.)
• In-depth understanding and implementation of a scalable, reliable and efficient continuous integration and continuous deployment system
