Responsibilities?:
- Collaborate with related engineers for complex issues or those beyond the scope of existing documentation
- Data Infrastructure pipeline upgrade and support
- Monitor communication channels, ensuring every issue is directed to the appropriate team within organization for resolution
- Utilize established runbooks to address and resolve on-call issues promptly and safely
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the knowledge base to optimize first-line triage efficiency
- Schema registry management
- DLQ pushes
- Document effective solutions and procedures discovered through on-call experiences to refine the runbook
