Senior Python Developer in ImproveIT Solutions

Requirements:
Extensive experience (5+ years) in Python development.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
Experience with Django and/or Flask frameworks.
Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
Familiarity with AWS services and deployment pipelines.
Experience with agile development methodologies and working in fast-paced, iterative development environments.
Strong problem-solving skills with solid analytical abilities and the capability to propose and implement effective technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to build trust and work well with a diverse group of people, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining back-end services and microservices primarily using Python.
Designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure APIs.
Working closely with front-end developers to integrate front-end and back-end components.
Collaborating with data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate AI and NLP solutions into the platform.
Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Participating in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
Working with AWS to deploy and manage applications and services.
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to operations and activities.
