We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to help us scale our software by taking responsibility for critical applications serving internal operations, account representatives, and clinical customers. As a Senior Python Developer, you will be part of a small, talented team responsible for building and supporting our cloud-based health analytics product suite. You will maintain and expand our software for data ingestion, management, and analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Python Developer you will:

• Design and build SaaS application software;
• Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines;
• Automate processes from business operations to DevOps to QA;
• Create performance monitoring solutions and scale up a steep growth curve;
• Detect and respond to operational and customer problems;
• Participate in requirements analysis with internal customers and Product Managers;
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment;
• Oversee the team’s workflow, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects;
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for Senior Python developer who has:

• 5-10+ years of professional programming experience with Python;
• Experience working on data-centric SaaS applications;
• Experience working with relational databases;
• Proven experience as a team lead or in a leadership role within a development team;
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills;
• Ability to problem-solve collaboratively and independently.
