We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer with over 7 years of hands-on experience in Python development, specifically focusing on Azure Function App development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Azure Function-based solutions to support our cloud-based applications and services.

Location: Ukraine.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience with expertise in Python.
• Strong understanding of Azure services, particularly Azure Function Apps.
• Proven experience in developing RESTful APIs using Python frameworks like Flask or Django.
• Experience with serverless architecture and microservices development.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native development principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Proficiency in using version control systems (e.g., Git).
• At least Intermediate English level.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and libraries.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with AI technologies such as GenAI or LLM (Large Language Models) is a plus.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Azure Function Apps using Python for various business-critical applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and reliable solutions on Azure.
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues related to Azure Function Apps and associated services.
• Implement security best practices for Azure-based applications and services.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and solution design sessions.
