The project "Primary medical care" is aimed at improving the health care system of the Zaporizhzhia region by improving services and meeting needs population in the field of health care'i. This will contribute to the expansion of successful interventions of the health restoration system through the implementation of the program"Restoring the population's access to health care"< /span>(“RPC Resource Hub”), disseminating best practices for the recovery of the health sector and the : none"> acute stability. This will involve an increase in the number of primary care facilities that receive support under the grant program to expand the provision of services and expand specialized primary care facilities in selected communities of the Zaporizhzhia region to restore services.
The International Charitable Foundation "Public Health Alliance" is a leading public non-profit professional organization that, in cooperation with state partners and< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">civil society organizations exerts a significant influence on overcoming epidemics of HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, viral hepatitis and other socially dangerous diseases in Ukraine, by providing financial and technical support to relevant programs that cover more than 300,000 representatives of the most vulnerable segments of the population, which is the highest indicator in Europe. Job specifics
Requirements:
Work experience in a relevant position for at least 3 years (if in an international organization, then it will be an advantage).
Higher education. Relevant university degree (law, finance, social sciences, etc.)
Experience of working with Ukrainian and international organizations in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and the legislation of other countries to ensure control over the targeted use of funds is a significant advantage.
Practical experience of budget analysis.
Practical experience in verifying the intended use of funds. Knowledge of accounting systems and management accounting is a plus.
Strong planning and time management skills; willingness to work overtime; ability to work to tight deadlines.
Ability to maintain effective communication with different audiences.
Written and spoken Ukrainian.
High level of computer skills. Excellent knowledge of Excel is a must. Experience with 1C plus.
Duties:
Security retention/pisupport/consultation regionof project teams during the project cycle.
Ensure monitoring of the use of funds by the project team.
Conduct a financial review/audit/audit of the intended use of funds , spent during the implementation of the project. Prepare inspection reports.
Constant monitoring of the use of funds by regional project teams for compliance with the provisions of the Alliance and the relevant donor.
Provide special advice to staff programs on issues related to financial control and perform other duties as necessary.
Attending team events, including team and department meetings.

Senior Project Officer: Monitoring & Evaluation (Primary Health Unit)
The International Charitable Foundation announces externalrecruitment to fill the position of Senior Project Officer: Monitoring & Evaluation span>in a Primary Health Unit, Mobile Health Team, which aims to enhance the Zaporizhzhia oblast's healthcare system by improving services and meeting community health needs. It will facilitate the expansion of successful Health Recovery System (HRS) interventions through the RPC Resource Hub, disseminating best practices to promote health sector recovery and long-term sustainability. This will involve increasing the number of Primary Health Care Facilities (PHCFs) supported under the HRS grant program to broaden service provision and expanding specialized Health Care Facilities (HCFs) in selected communities of Zaporizhzhia oblast to restore services.

Carry out financial review /audits/verification of the intended use of funds spent during the project implementation. Prepare inspection reports.
Ongoing monitoring of usage of funds for regional project teams to comply with regulations of Alliance and relevant donors.
Provide ad hoc advice to program staff on issues related to financial control and undertake other duties as required.
Attend team activities, including meetings within the team and department.
