About the project:

We are a FinTech company sitting at the intersection of social media, payments, and rewards. We’re aiming to disrupt the payment experience by making it more social.

Requirements:

● Result-oriented and self-driven individual who engages the client and leads the team;
● 4+ years of experience in software development project management on multiple accounts and various delivery models;
● Experienced in managing teams of 20+ talents Hands-on with PMI methodology, all knowledge areas;
● Knowing how to make projects successful during the whole implementation cycle from business need to post-production maintenance journey;
● Experience planning and delivering projects using Agile frameworks within project thresholds on scope, timeline, and budget;
● Experience setting up metric-driven monitoring, control, and reporting processes FinTech domain expertise;
● English: Upper-intermediate Strong.

● Experience in BA or PdM;
● Engineering background;
● Ability to work in US timezone.

Responsibilities:

● Project ownership on a portfolio of projects with a high authority level, mainly in FinTech domain;
● Hands-on planning, managing, and controlling the execution of software development projects;
● Forming and leading the team to reach project goals;
● Acting as a main contact point for the customers, contributing in account growth;
● Participating in business growth, closely collaborating with business stakeholders;
● Define and embed project control and governance;
● Build cohesion within the PM team and motivate the team to meet the business objectives.
