Currently, we're seeking someone to join us in helping our growth with delivering even bigger projects to our clients across the globe.

Our offer

• Salary ranging from 1120 to 1400 PLN net per day for start
• 100% remote company with a remote-first mindset

Must have

• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience
• Experience with running IT Projects
• Prior working experience in the public sector
• Solid understanding of the main phases of the software development life cycle
• Proven ability to budget, monitor expenses, and deliver projects within budget (experience managing projects with budgets exceeding 5 million PLN
• Exceptional organizational skills, including planning and prioritization, cost estimation, resource management, and execution.
• Ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders at all levels
• Highly developed communication skills to facilitate collaboration between business and IT teams.
• Ability to work in the fixed price, time and material model
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and conduct successful negotiations.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Good knowledge of English is a must (both spoken and written), we work with clients from all over the world (USA, Australia, Switzerland, etc.)
• Polish language is required, as internally we are a Polish speaking company

Nice to have

• Experience with agile methodologies
• Certificates and/or trainings confirming qualifications in project management
