Our Enterprise and Gaming Unit has succeeded in various fields such as Telecom, Automotive, and Gaming.However, we are not content to rest on our laurels.Driven by an unwavering commitment to progress, we constantly seek new opportunities and challenges.That's why we are currently searching for aSenior Project Managerwith a keen interest and deep domain knowledge.If you believe that your expertise and experience are sufficient to establish a new Competence Center, or even better, if you have already spearheaded similar initiatives, we eagerly await your application.Responsibilities:Develop new domains and businessesTake part in pre-sale activitiesTake an active part in business and contract negotiations, as well as define business terms in contractsBe a resource and people manager, actively participate in planning required hires in collaboration with the Recruiting team, and ensure onboard people's professional growthBe an entrepreneur and act as a customer's agent by developing customer relations and business insight and proposing extra services customers may needTake corrective actions required to deliver a complete scope with the desired quality on time and within the budget (including scope change management, risk mitigation, etc.)Manage project staff (partially): tracking, coordinating, working with team budgets and notifying management about the need for staff career growth;avoiding conflicts in the teamRequirements:5+ years of project management experienceStrong experience in domain preferencesExperience as a business development manager (proposals, contracts, pre-sale communications)Excellent business analysis skills and a good level of knowledge in the preferred domainStrong level of hard skills in Project Management and People Management, together with a mature level of soft skillsStrong knowledge of project and program management methodology, tools, and techniquesStrong risk management skillsGood communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers and project teamsStrong organizational, negotiation, and conflict-resolution capabilitiesUpper-Intermediate or Advanced level of EnglishOur Enterprise and Gaming division has achieved success in various industries such as telecommunications, automotive and gaming.However, we do not stop there.Driven by an unwavering desire for progress, we are constantly looking for new opportunities and challenges.That is why we are looking for a Senior Project Manager who has great interest and deep knowledge in his field.Therefore, if you believe that your knowledge and experience are sufficient to create a new Competence Center, or, even better, if you have already led similar initiatives, we are looking forward to your resume.
