Our expectations:

• Experience in the role of PM with cross-functional teams from 4 years old. 

their compliance.

• Skills in building a Gantt chart, roadmap and control and monitoring systems.

• Experience in building a team: identifying needs, roles, competencies, conducting interviews and making hiring decisions. 

with Service Desk.

• Experience in budgeting.

• Willingness to delve into and influence the technical aspects of team work.

• A strong advantage will be experience working with the Unity team of developers.

Main tasks:

• Managing a cross-functional team for the development of hypercasual games.< /strong>

• Building and adapting processes, creating documentation and maintaining it in Confluence.

• Creating a roadmap, building control systems and team monitoring.

• Formation of functional responsibilities of each role in the team and hiring of necessary specialists. 

• People management: onboarding, offboarding, 1to1, salary review, performance review, team motivation and development, KPI formation.

• Maintaining the team board in Jira.

• Tracking risks and forming a plan to avoid them or minimize the consequences.

• Formation of a quarterly budget per team.

• Working with HADI cycles.
