Hey there 👋We're on the hunt for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our quickly growing team at Universium. Our company has established a long-term partnership with a thriving SF-based startup in the pharmaceutical space and is working on a brand-new AI product. With a distributed team spanning Kyiv, San Francisco, and Seattle, we’re looking for a rockstar who will help us manage the R&D for this venture. 📌 Responsibilities:- Clear understanding and maintenance of the project goals & roadmap;- Effective communication with the U.S.-based client team;- Weekly reporting of deliverables and assignments in progress;- Upkeep of internal R&D assignments, responsibilities, and deadlines;- Daily stand-ups, task assignments, workload and team allocation;- Feedback loop with company leadership, focus on constant improvement and team happiness.🎯 Requirements:- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2+);- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills;- Experience of working with U.S.-based teams & clients;- Ability to clearly convert client requirements into a roadmap and day-to-day tasks;- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;🔥 Would be a plus:- Advanced skills in English (C1+);- Knowledge of UI/UX (and/or) software development fundamentals;- Experience in the healthcare and/or pharmaceutical sector;- Prior experience working in a startup environment, comfortable with ambiguity and a global team;- Experience in conflict resolution, negotiation techniques and ability to address conflicts constructively;🌴 What’s in it for you:- Remote work (our team is 100% remote);- Access & support for obtaining GCP and AWS certifications;- Opportunity to join an international team of a fast-scaling startup;- Leadership initiatives;- Annual vacation: 20 business days (100% compensation)- Annual sick leave: 10 business days (100% compensation)- Competitive compensation.If you're interested - send us your resume!
