Our partner - Digital Publishing House "Expertus" invites an experienced Project/Delivery Manager to its team. We are looking for a manager with technical experience who can implement digital solutions for complex business challenges and is able to make a significant contribution to the implementation of key projects in the development of products and IT services. These projects include integration with CRM and 1C, creating an analytics system, and much more. Your ability to work in a dynamic environment and leadership in implementing best practices will be key to achieving business goals and shaping the Company's success.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Development and implementation of strategies, planning, control and coordination of projects.
• Management of resources, budget and priorities, creation of a project roadmap.
• Cross-functional team management, task allocation, productivity and communication.
• Organization and participation in the processes of collecting requirements and creating technical tasks and documentation.
• Control of compliance with quality standards, inspections and tests.
• Identification, assessment of risks, development and monitoring of plans for their prevention.
• Work with documentation, description and structuring of information, preparation of reports.
• Presentation of solutions, support of communication between stakeholders and project teams.
• Organization of cooperation with vendors.

Requirements:

• Education in project management, IT or engineering.
• From 5 years of experience in implementing complex IT projects.
• Experience in managing technical teams.
• Experience in project portfolio management.
• Understanding development processes, loading and planning development teams.
• Ability to strategically plan and manage change at organizational levels.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Ability to work with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
• Ability to analyze financial indicators of projects and manage budgets.
• Skills in effective gathering and analysis of business requirements.
• Ability to assess risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Having certifications in the field of project management (PMP, PRINCE2) will be an advantage.
