Senior Project Manager (Defence and Aerospace) in Spyrosoft

Spyrosoft Solutions SA is looking for an experienced Project Manager with experience in the Defence and/or Aerospace domains. The main areas of focus starts from project initiation (including sales activities) to project delivery and closing. Other responsibilities include close cooperation with a client to achieve business and technical goals, account management, and relationship building with Spyrosoft and client teams.

• At least one of the following: Practical knowledge on AS9100 or AQAP standards ; or Project delivery for NATO institutions; or Domain knowledge on Defence or Aerospace domain
• Openness to go through Personal Security Clearance in Poland (Poświadczenie Bezpieczeństwa Osobowe)
• Relevant experience in a software development environment
• English C1
• Polish C2
• Business acumen
• Experience in Project Management role
• Excellent knowledge on Agile software development methodologies
• Excellent knowledge on software development life-cycle
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good knowledge of Jira and Atlassian products
• Great communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams across different time zones
• Self-reliant, proactive, responsible, sense of ownership
