Senior Project Manager (Blockchain) in Boosty Labs

S3-compatible enterprise layer on top of the Filecoin ecosystem. 
L2 Filecoin network for enterprise-grade decentralized storage.

Project domain: Blockchain, dePIN, Decentralized Storage

Project stack: Go, GRPC, Protobuf, libp2p, IPC, ABCI, Filecoin RPC, FEVM deal-making, CID, CAR files

Team on the project: Architect, Tech Lead, 9 BE devs, PM, 2 DevOps, 3 QA, Front-end, BA

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Previous experience working with Blockchain projects is a must
• Knowledge of project management frameworks and tools, e.g., Scrum, Kanban
• Knowledge of SDLC and basic Scrum/Project Management concepts
• Knowledge of PM tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Experience in identifying the client’s business requirements and developing a possible solution
• Counseling skills, ability to explain technical features in simple and clear terms
• Basic business analysis skills (requirements analysis, preparation of technical specifications)
• Strong planning, organization, and communication skills
• Proactive, forward-thinking, and passionate about managing people and processes
• Experience in identifying and managing risks
• Upper-Intermediate English
   

Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the definition, documentation, and safe execution of the software development project, active participation in all phases of the project
• Define and support project processes
• Define project scope and resource requirements
• Manage exceptions and changes in projects
• Work closely with the development team
• Managing project team, monitoring team performance
• Ensure that project deliverables are completed within planned efforts, schedule, and scope
• Identify and manage client’s expectations
• Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables
• Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks
