Senior manager-analyst of projects in UKRSIBTECH

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Enterprise Credit Process Business Analyst.

Future tasks:

• analyze and evaluate credit processes in the organization to identify areas for improvement and optimization;
• collaborate with teams to collect and analyze process data;
• build and describe credit processes;
• determine trends and ways of implementation;
• conduct a systematic analysis of compliance with the requirements of legislation and internal policy;
• organize monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI) and prepare reports to track operational efficiency and identify problem areas;
• provide recommendations for improving credit processes and assist in the implementation of initiatives
• stay abreast of industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement of credit processes.

We are looking for a specialist who has:

• work experience as a credit process analyst or similar positions in the banking or financial services industry;
• skills in creating regulatory documents, including the ability to qualitatively, briefly and simply describe complex processes and requirements;
• skills to collect, interpret and analyze complex data sets;
• experience with process analysis tools and software;
• problem-solving and decision-making abilities, attention to detail;
• strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
• experience of successfully implementing initiatives to improve credit processes;
• ability to work independently and manage several projects simultaneously.

Requirements for the candidate:

1. Higher education: economics;
2. analytical abilities, the ability to analyze and structure large volumes of information;
3. work experience in the area of ​​document development/building business processes;
4. experience in credit operations of medium and small businesses;
5. knowledge of the English language at the intermediate level (very desirable).
