Continuing to expand our team, we are looking for a Project Manager Candidate requirements: - From 5 years of PM work experience in e-commerce project development projects - Practical experience in developing project plans, timelines and project budgets, as well as experience in managing them, ensuring compliance with company goals and client's expectations.- Practical experience of controlling and implementing complex solution architecture, engineering practices, Agile Health, DevOps, principles of secure development, flexibility, non-standard thinking- Ability to identify, assess and reduce project risks, actively solve problems to maintain the dynamics and quality of the project .- Ability to prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports, status updates and presentations to stakeholders and senior management- Ability to evaluate team performance and define KPIs, ability to monitor and plan resources.- Ability to conduct retrospective analysis and events to evaluate successes, lessons learned and areas for improvement, including feedback into future projects.- Experience working with cross-teams, including developers, designers, testers, as well as subcontractors and external teams, ensuring successful project execution.- Excellent knowledge of management methodologies projects and the software development process. Practical experience in assessment, goal formation, planning and execution of sprints. Ability to apply different methodologies for different types of projects - Experience in setting up and building adaptation of teams to work in Jira.
