Hello! We are glad to introduce you to Softsich! We are a young company that is rapidly developing in the market and is exciting iGaming. We are currently launching a project to develop our own technical solution, so we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to help us realize our plans.

Requirements:

• Experience and certifications:

• Possession of one of the Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI (CAPM, PMI-ACP) or other PM-relevant certifications
• At least 4 years of experience in technical project management
• Experience in project management and IT delivery methodologies
• Practical understanding and application of Scrum, LeSS, Kanban methodologies
• Experience in project life cycle management and its implementation

• Team and project management:

• Experience in building teams using Management 3.0 principles
• Experience with 3+ teams totaling 20+ people
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience managing medium to large sized projects
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability build strong working relationships and manage stakeholders at all seniority levels

• Tools and methodologies:

• Hands-on skills in customizing Atlassian products for development team (projects, workflows, tasks, etc.)
• Extensive knowledge and experience using project management tools and SDLC, Jira/Confluence
• Basic knowledge of ITSM, ITIL for building processes

• Technical knowledge:

• Basic understanding of cloud operation infrastructure and services

• General competencies:

• Experience in analysis, evaluation, project planning, risks, and change management processes
• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level and above
• Work experience in a product company, outsourced projects and startups

< b> Responsibilities :

• Development and management of the project plan and roadmap
• Participation in the creation of a new development team, including conducting interviews
< li> Providing all relevant project status updates to project stakeholders
• Ensuring quality standards are met at each stage of the project lifecycle
• Monitoring project timelines and ensuring action is taken to prevent potential delays
• Scaling of the development department in accordance with the requirements
• Team management
