AsaSenior Project Manager, you will beresponsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered ontime, within scope, and tothe highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Develop and execute project strategies aligned with company goals and objectives; Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders; Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring they are clearly communicated toall team members; Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation; Monitor and report onproject progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues; Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, fostering apositive and productive work environment; Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost control; Continuously improve processes and methodologies toenhance program efficiency and effectiveness; Provide regular updates tosenior management and other stakeholders onproject status, milestones, and key metrics; Mentor and guide junior project managers, promoting best practices and fostering professional growth. Work inUSA time zone (13-22) ISAMUST!!!!!! Requirements: 4+years ofproject management experience, preferably inaSaaS ortechnology-driven environment; Proven track record ofsuccessfully delivering complex projects ontime and within budget; Strong understanding ofAgile and Scrum methodologies, with experience inleading Agile teams; Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability tomotivate and manage diverse teams; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability tomake data-driven decisions; Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability toeffectively engage with stakeholders atall levels; Proficiency inproject management tools such asJira, Asana, orMicrosoft Project; Familiarity with SaaS metrics, KPIs, and industry best practices; English Upper-Intermediate and higher Will beaplus: • Familiarity with SaaS metrics, KPIs, and industry best practices; • PMP orsimilar certification.
