Key tasks:

Structuring and analysis of existing projects:

• Services
• WEB 3 marketing
• Development

Analysis of current processes and team composition:

• Proposing ideas for process improvement
• Structuring and optimization of existing processes
• Implementation of methodologies
• Formation of the team as needed

Participation in strategic planning:

• Analysis of available resources for the implementation of the plan and formation of a list of missing resources
• Implementation of the search for additional resources (freelance/services/partners)
• Validation of additional resources found with SEO, as necessary

• Participation in interviews
