Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and deployment of our mobile and web applications tailored for crypto trading. Your responsibilities will lead the project planning, execution, and completion within set deadlines and budgets. This involves coordinating with team members, managing resources, and comunicating with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Define project goals, scope, and deliverables, aligning them with business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Create comprehensive project plans and communication strategies.
Clearly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
Allocate resources effectively and manage project timelines and milestones using project management tools.
Prepare budget proposals and manage budget adjustments as needed.
Generate and present progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to stakeholders.
Address project scope changes proactively, devise contingency strategies, and manage potential issues.
Motivate, supervise, and assess project team members, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring accountability.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, to ensure efficient project execution.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to utilize project management and analysis tools effectively.
Knowledge of analytics tools and basic competencies in analyzing metrics crucial for product management, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Requirements:

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrable experience in IT project management, especially in mobile and web application projects.
In-depth understanding of the crypto trading
Outstanding communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities.
Competence in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy.
Proficiency in project management software, methodologies, and best practices.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and creativity in approach.
Fluency in English, both in writing and speech.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP / PRINCE II certification will be a plus
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with programming languages and database technologies.
Experience working in a startup environment.
