Senior Project Manager in Academy SMART

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our SaaS products and initiatives. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.Our client is:● Well funded and profitable SAAS company headquartered in Charleston SC.● Team has deep experience in the logistics industry.● Team focused on building analytical tools to identify waste and improve performance for a client based in the manufacturing industry.● Focused on building a Unified Data Model to drive Actionable insights for logistics and manufacturing organizations.● Assembling the team to build the application from scratch.Responsibilities:• Develop and execute project strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring they are clearly communicated to all team members.• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.• Monitor and report on project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.• Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost control.• Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.• Provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders on project status, milestones, and key metrics.• Mentor and guide junior project managers, promoting best practices and fostering professional growth.Work in USA time zone (13-22) IS A MUST!!!!!!Requirements:• 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience in leading Agile teams.• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.• Familiarity with SaaS metrics, KPIs, and industry best practices.English Upper-Intermediate and higherWill be a plus:• Familiarity with SaaS metrics, KPIs, and industry best practices.• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
