We are inviting a proactive and skilled Project manager for a Fintech project to join the team.
Our project is a billing a platform for making electronic payments using various methods with high throughput.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of work experience in the position of Project Manager/Scrum Master in the IT field;
- Understanding of Agile/Lean principles and their practical implementation in development processes;
- Experience in building and optimizing processes development (in any framework);
- Experience in managing project scope of work, changes, dependencies, risks;
- Experience in close cooperation with the Product Owner;
- Experience in building a balanced team, including the hiring process;
- Experience in managing several projects and a team of more than 10 members;
- Skills in building transparency for customers using Jira, Confluence and other tools ;
Experience working with confidential information;
- High level of communication skills and self-organization
Will be a plus:

- Availability of relevant position certifications;
- Familiarity with Management 3.0 concepts;
- Experience in conducting retrospectives in various formats (using various tools);
- Work experience or in-depth theoretical understanding of Scaled Agile development methods;
- Work experience or in-depth theoretical understanding of Kanban Method practices (kanban cadences, metrics, visualization, work flow optimization principles, etc. ).
Responsibilities:
- Management of development processes of 2 teams -Backend/Frontend (planning, backlog refinement, progress monitoring, reviews of results with stakeholders, retrospectives, interaction with other teams, etc.);
- Regular joint work on the product backlog and roadmap together with the Product Owner;
- Facilitation of work meetings of the technical team with stakeholders, product owners, architect, STO, representatives of other teams;
- Participation in quarterly retrospectives, reviews, planning and related activities;
- Monitoring of the development process and reporting on progress;
- Risk management and proactive work with blockers, external dependencies, team impediments;
- Work with team motivation, development and balance;
- Management conflicts;
- Interaction with the Agile Coach and the management team of other projects within the framework of:
— Optimization of development processes in the company,
— Inter-team interaction,
— Exchange of knowledge,
— Implementation of new practices (frameworks, metrics, tools, etc.).
