Ensuring projects meet deadlines Reaching client’s expectations Providing Project Management frameworks for the team Providing tasks and priorities due toclients’ requirements Managing stakeholders Leading Project Planning sessions Coordinating staff and resources Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff Quality control, cost control Scope management Risk Management We’re looking for you ifyou have: 5years ofcommercial production experience incross-project management, including the ability tomanage different projects inparallel Deep knowledge ofSDLC, understanding project lifecycle from presale uptopostmortem and support/warranty stages Ability tochoose different methodologies based onproject context, understanding what methodology will beeffective for the client and the team Deep understanding ofproject development phases, required activities and documentation Being aproactive team player, sharing best practices, and improving personal knowledge and team productivity “Tech Savvy” person who can communicate with technical stakeholders and beable toexplain team decisions and plans Strategically thinking and self-driven, with the ability toinspire and drive team members Deep knowledge ofbudget planning and familiarity with core finance metrics Great expertise inpresentations for executive-level building dashboards and spreadsheets tohave transparency between company and client Manage Deadlines and communicate appropriately incase ofexceedance Participate and drive project activities Delegate tasks and responsibilities tothe appropriate person Monitor the performance ofthe team Good spoken/written English (upper-intermediate) Nice tohave: Would beaplus having professional certifications like PMP/PRINCE2/CSM/PMI-ACP What’s initfor You Reveal great tech solutions Join the team ofindividuals who care about what they doand how they doit, and are accountable for the result and high performance.
