Currently, our main focus is project-based work across various industries (FinTech, Crypto, AI, Data Science). We are expanding our pool of skilled professionals and seeking a Project Manager to join our team on a part-time basis.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager for project-based work. It can be undertaken as a second job or part-time commitment (at least 10 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring they are clearly communicated to all team members
• Monitor and report on project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues

Requirements:

• 4+ years of working experience in Project Management in a software development environment
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Flexible communication skills, ability to interact with people and manage cross-functional communications with stakeholders
• Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, ???)
• English — Upper intermediate + (you’ll be in contact with a client)
• Availability to work at least 10-20 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
