Our main areas of activity include:

1. Staking: We provide staking services that allow our customers to earn cryptocurrency while holding it with us.
2. Development of trading bot in Telegram for trading on Solana
3. Nodraning: We provide support and management of blockchain networks
4. Drophunting: Looking for and participating in various testnets and retrodrop activities.
5. Media buying: We carry out media buying for our own projects and partners, which includes planning and purchasing advertising through Google, FB, influence marketing.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager , who is involved in Crypto areas.
It is important for us to make our cooperation with you structured, stable and as efficient as possible, so we suggest that you immediately go to our expectations and perspectives.

Key tasks:

Structuring and analysis of existing projects:

• Services
< li> WEB 3 marketing
• Development

Analysis of current processes and team composition:

• Proposal of ideas regarding process improvement
• Structuring and optimization of existing processes
• Implementation of methodologies
• Team formation as needed

Participation in strategic planning:

• Analysis of available resources to implement the plan and formation of a list of missing resources
• Implementation of the search for additional resources (freelance/services/partners)
• Validation of found additional resources with the CEO, if necessary
• Control of payment and relevance of additional resources
• Formation of a request for hiring a team
• Participation in interviews
• Fixing agreements/plans/terms

Operational planning with the team:

• Coordination of project priorities with the CEO < /li>
• Detailing of tasks/decomposition - running a task manager
• Prioritization of tasks among themselves and between projects with CEO
• Appointment and holding of regular meetings with the team
• Monitoring the execution of tasks
• Ensuring timely completion of tasks and achievement of the set goal
• Organization and structuring of the workflow in the Asana/Google Drive connection

Working with the team:

• Conducting 1:1 to determine the state of the team and possible development points
• Tracking and recording team day offs
• Participation in team onboarding/offboarding
• Conducting daily morning stand-up
• Defining and scheduling necessary regular team meetings
