We expect you to have:

• Еxperience in managing projects for at least 4 years;
• Experience or understanding of Blockchain (Web3) domain is a must;
• Experience in developing project documentation (Backlog, Roadmap, Risk mitigation plan, etc.);
• Skillful usage of Scrum / Agile / Waterfall methodologies;
• English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above is a must;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail;
• Ability to approach and communicate with a wide range of personalities;
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and challenging environment;
• Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and other meetings.

You will:

• Manage development in middle-sized teams;
• Interface daily with clients as the primary point of contact;
• Proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and managers;
• Implement organization best practices into the projects;
• Balance a sense of urgency with a calm and confident demeanor;
• Be responsible for the financial metrics of the project;
• Develop project plans, project workflows, and other project documentation;
