What we expect

• Completed business studies with a focus on human resources management or completed commercial vocational training with further training /as a human resources specialist or comparable
• Several years of generalist professional experience in HR, in an international group in the manufacturing industry
• Passion for human resources work and enjoyment of constantly new challenges
< li> Strong empathy, very good communication skills as well as a friendly and confident demeanor
• Good knowledge of labor, tax/social security and collective bargaining law
• Proficient in using MS Office applications
• Solid knowledge of English
