Senior product UX/UI Designer

Kyiv, remotely

As a UX designer, you will:

● Collaborate with managers, developers, content managers and other relevant stakeholders

● Support the full feature lifecycle, from concept to release

● Collect feature requirements from the product team and conduct research

● Create user-friendly UX solutions based on the latest trends and best practices

● Identify and solve usability problems

● Create prototypes in high/ low fidelity

● Create the look of the product, including color schemes, typography and layout

● Develop a design system and ensure consistency across all features

● Design screens, animations , graphics and microinteractions

● Provide a visually appealing modern user interface across all domains

What should be in your resume:

● Knowledge of mobile design best practices and latest UX/UI design trends

● Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies

● Analytical mindset and attention to detail

● Informative portfolio demonstrating a range of projects and UX design methodologies

● Strong design, drawing, color, composition and conceptual design skills

● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

● TL and eCommerce experience is a big plus

As a UX designer , you will :

● Collaborate with PMs, developers, Content, and other relevant stakeholders

● Support the feature's full life cycle, from concept to release

● Gather feature requirements from the Product Team and conduct research

● Create smooth UX solutions based on the latest trends and best practices

● Identify and address usability issues

● Create wireframes, high/low fidelity prototypes

● Create the look and feel of the product, including color schemes, typography, and layout

● Work on a design system and ensure consistency across all features

● Design screens, animations, graphic elements and micro-interactions

● Ensure a visually appealing, modern UI across all domains

What you should have in your resume:

●4+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI designer in B2C Product-led companies

● Effective oral and written communication skills in English

● Proficiency in design tools such as, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

● Knowledge of mobile design best practices and the latest trends in UX/UI design

● Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies

● Analytical mindset and attention to detail

●A Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects and methodologyies

● Strong design, drawing, color, composition, and conceptual ideation abilities

●Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

●Experience in eCommerce is a great advantage
