Senior Product UI/UX Designer Київ, за кордоном, віддалено For our client, apre-seed startup with ambitious plans, weare seeking ahighly motivated Designer tojoin the client team and help shape the future ofthe company. You will join our early-stage start-up team assole designer and will have the opportunity toshape the UX/UI ofthe product, the design system &design ways ofworking. The product isinthe early stages ofdiscovery tocreate aproduct aimed athelping conference producers and influencers. We’re looking for amotivated, self-starter, with atleast 5years ofdesign experience. Responsibilities: Take broad and ambiguous problems and turn them into solution ideas wecan test and build tocreate delightful products. Drive experimentation and user feedback torapidly learn and iterate. Design that isincredibly simple, elegant, and enjoyable touse Partner closely with product and engineering from concept tolaunch. Inthe earlier stages, your role will bemulti-functioning and you can expect tobehelping with experimentation strategy and user research. Wework fractionally but want someone who can turn work around rapidly after each test. You’ll likely work 2-3 days aweek with asmall squad ofengineers, some ofwhom areUK based and some ofwhom are near shore. You have adiverse portfolio (B2B favoured), across SaaS and Data products, that reflect design excellence, with examples ofeffective data visualisation designs. You have empathy for customer needs, but also want towork closely with engineering tounderstand technical constraints. You are flexible; we’re avery young startup and you’ll bedesigning lots oflow fidelity things torapidly test assumptions and hypothesis. You’re apro atFigma and have extensive experience with prototyping tools. Great communication skills whether itbeface toface, through video, phone oremail. Smart, inquisitive, and have awillingness tosink your teeth into the role. Inparticular you should becurious about the bestUX for the user— you don’t assume you’re first version design will beanything close towhat auser wants.
