Senior Product Owner (Payments and Cash on Delivery) in Nova poshta

Main responsibilities:

• Formation of product strategy and vision of the company's payment ecosystem (online payments, COD, NovaPay EU);
• Definition of the architecture of payment flows between customers, partners, banks and internal systems;
• Coordination of priorities with finance department, IT, legal and international teams.
• Management of product payment directions: Online payments (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Nova Pay); COD / cash on delivery; Settlements with merchant partners (B2B); International payments, multi-currency and conversion; Refunds and refund services.
• Operational activities:Control of the stability of payment APIs, gateways, POS terminals, integrations with banks; Ensuring uninterrupted operation of payment channels: cash, card, online, COD; Implementation of monitoring and anti-fraud systems; Optimization of cash flow between terminals, banks and accounting systems; Construction of financial dashboards (payments, commissions, returns, SLA).
• Interaction with partners: Coordination of cooperation with acquiring banks, fintech providers, aggregators; Coordination of commissions, tariffs, SLA, technical integration formats (API, ISO20022); Ensuring legal and tax compliance (KYC, AML, PSD2, GDPR).
• Product development:Formation and prioritization of the "Payments and SOD" product backlog; Definition of API requirements between fintech teams and operational units; Full cycle testing: creation > payment > credit > reconciliation > return.
• Team management:Managing product managers, finance experts, analysts, QA and developers; Determination of OKR / KPI for directions; Building effective cooperation with operational, accounting and legal departments.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in the position of Product Manager / Product Owner / Payment Product Lead - mandatory;
• Practical experience in payment systems, fintech or banking integrations;
• Knowledge of payment infrastructure, API, acquiring processes, fraud monitoring;
• Ability to formulatebusiness requirements, manage the backlog, work for SCRUM / Agile;
• Experience in the analysis of payment flows, reconciliation of transactions, financial control;
• English language - at a level that allows negotiations with international partners;
• Experience of cooperation with Visa / MasterCard, acquiring banks, payment aggregators is welcome.
