We are currently seeking a Senior Product Owner to join our team!

Our mission is to simplify patients’ lives by providing an ultra-streamlined prescription journey.

We seek a seasoned Senior Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of our key products. The ideal candidate has a strong background in product management within the digital healthcare industry and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions that meet market needs, while being driven to uphold our standards of efficiency in simplifying healthcare processes.

Role Scope: The Sr. Product Owner is primarily focused on maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the development team. This is primarily a tactical role.

Responsibilities:

• Defines user stories and manages the product backlog.
• Drafts product requirements and acts as the key stakeholder in product decisions during development.
• Oversee Sprint Planning.
• Create a PRD (product requirements document).
• Prioritizes needs and tasks based on direct business value.
• Ensures that the development team understands the items in the product backlog to the level needed.
• Represents the customer’s interests during development and acts as a liaison among stakeholders to align product roadmap and business goals.

Engagement:

• Typically works closely with the development team on a day-to-day basis, managing and refining the product backlog.
• Coordinate with the U.S.-based Implementation team, Customer Success managers, and/or Project managers for client needs to align on strategic company priorities, ensuring a unified approach to product development.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and features that meet the needs of patients, healthcare providers, and pharma companies.

Your experience will guide our development efforts to ensure that our products not only meet high technical standards but also advance our mission of delivering straightforward, patient-centered care.

Power Skills:

• Extensive experience in product ownership and/or management
• Proven track record of managing successful products within the digital health and/or technology sector. U.S. health preferred, but not required.
• Highly skilled in documenting and maintaining detailed product requirements in response to changing client needs | Ensure product meets our customers’ needs and our business goals
• Independently manages one or more complex products, possibly across multiple teams or platforms.
• Excellent ability to develop and prioritize user stories and manage product backlogs based on a strategic view of the product’s direction, considering both technical and business considerations.
• Required: Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations such as HIPAA | Preferred: Deep understanding of the market, customer needs, and the technical aspects of the product.
• Demonstrated success, and emotional intelligence, in coordinating with project managers and cross-functional teams to align strategic priorities.
• Gather and analyze feedback, from customers and users.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to promote the product.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of the customer journey in the healthcare space.
• Advanced English Level.
• 3-5+ years of experience in digital product management for patients in the medical or pharmaceutical industries, and/or ability to explain relevant skills in adjacent industry

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR), clinical workflow solutions, or other healthcare-related software is highly desirable .
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on finding and delivering company and client-centered solutions.
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working with a fully remote, international team across time zones. Preferred: Previous experience managing or mentoring others.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both asynchronous and direct with the ability to listen, influence, and engage diverse stakeholders.
